Do I pay when I book?
No. Choose pay after wash to request an appointment. You do not enter card details or make an online payment on this website.
Is my appointment confirmed immediately?
Your submission is a request. The team must review it and explicitly confirm your appointment before it is confirmed.
Can you clean at my workplace?
You can request service at your workplace or home within our covered postcodes. Add access and parking information to your request so the team can check suitability.
What if my vehicle or postcode is not listed?
Choose the enquiry option. Tell us about your vehicle and location and we can review what is possible. An enquiry does not reserve a time.
Can I change my request?
Contact the team with your request reference. Changes need to be agreed and confirmed by the business; submitting a new time does not automatically change an appointment.
