Information in a request
The form collects your name, email, phone number and the vehicle/location details needed for your request. Booking requests also record the selected package, quote and requested time. Enquiries record the context and message you provide.
How requests are handled
Requests are stored in the configured SQL database and handled by authorized administrators. Transactional messages are queued for customer updates and business notifications. Local testing captures messages privately; the live service uses the configured mail provider. No marketing subscription is created and no card information is collected.
Technical information
The API uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The current public site does not include advertising or analytics trackers.
Before launch
The business must publish its identity, contact information, processing purposes, applicable rights, retention periods and relevant providers. Test records must be removed from the production database.
